By accessing or using LoveLog ("the Service"), operated by Nxmotive ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LoveLog is a relationship affection tracking application that allows couples to log moments of affection, track streaks, and earn achievements. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including affection logs and personal information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your partner.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person

7. Data and Couple Privacy

All relationship data is strictly private. Each couple's data is isolated and accessible only to the two partners in that couple. We implement row-level security to ensure no cross-couple data access is possible.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be retained for 90 days before being permanently removed. If you are part of a couple, you must leave the couple before deleting your account.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any relationship outcomes based on usage of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nxmotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
