Nxmotive ("we," "us," or "our") operates LoveLog. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Your privacy is critically important to us.

  • Authentication provider data (Google, Apple)

Relationship Data

  • Affection logs (category, action type, notes, timestamps)
  • Streak data
  • Badge achievements
  • Special dates (anniversaries, birthdays)

Automatically Collected

  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • Usage analytics (via Vercel Analytics)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Calculate streaks and award badges
  • Display your personal trends and statistics
  • Send daily reminders (if enabled)
  • Improve the Service through anonymized analytics

4. Data Privacy and Isolation

We take your relationship data privacy extremely seriously. All couple data is protected by row-level security (RLS) in our database:

  • Only the two partners in a couple can access that couple's data
  • No other users, including administrators, can view your affection logs through the application
  • Partner invitation codes are single-use and expire after being accepted
  • We never share your relationship data with third parties

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with industry-standard security measures.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase - Database and authentication
  • Vercel - Hosting and analytics
  • Google OAuth - Optional sign-in method
  • Apple OAuth - Optional sign-in method

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is retained for 90 days (to allow for account recovery) and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
